I worked closely with several teams to identify issues, provide clear direction, and understand the technical challenges.


I served as the copywriter for all new web pages, marketing emails, communications, and the editor and videographer for brand videos.

Structure

The reorganization of all content was to focus on the success stories of the product and its usability. Striking a tone between a balanced content structure and successful lead generation in the most logical way possible.


The content was segmented by the business role, including barber, spa, salon, and more. The personas and buyer journeys were heavily updated to represent each decision-maker in each vertical. The content and stories were then curated towards the new personas.
